Manuscript Submission & Instructions for Authors

1. Types of Articles Accepted

Several types of scholarly submissions are usually welcomed in the journal since they include:
● Original Research Articles
● Review Articles
● Short Communications
● Letters to the Editor (These categories can be used to decide on the best format to use in your research.)

2. Manuscript Format
  • Make sure that you submit it in the following formatting:
    🗣️ Language
    ● Manuscripts should be written in clear understandable grammatically correct English.
    📄 File Type
    ● Hand in your paper in the form of a Microsoft Word document (.doc or.docx).
    🔠 Text Formatting
    ● Font: Times New Roman
    ● Size: 12 pt
    ● Spacing: 1.5 line spacing
    ● Margins: 1-inch on all sides
3. Manuscript Structure

Break down your paper into the following important parts:
● Title Page: Provide full names and affiliations of the author.
● Abstract: Abstract description of your work (approximately 150-250 words).
● Keywords: 3–5 relevant keywords.
● Introduction: Background and purpose of the study.
● Materials & Methods: The way the investigation was implemented.
● Results: What you found.
● Discussion: Interpretation and implications of findings
● Conclusion: Overview of major findings.
● Acknowledgement: (Optional) in aid or contributions.
● Conflict of Interest Statement: Indicate any possible conflict.
● References: Include all of your references.

4. Figures and Tables

Figures and tables should be professionally displayed:
● Large figures (at least 300 dpi) are required.
● JPEG or PNG files are the preferred formats for images.
● Label each table and figure in turn.
● Locate figures captions below and tables captions above.

5. Reference Style

One will be expected to use the Vancouver style of citing references (numbered format that is usually used in science).
Example: Smith J, Doe A. Title of Article. J Appl Toxicol. 2023;15(2):100–105.

6. Plagiarism Policy

Detection of manuscripts is done with plagiarism-detection software.
Noticeable: Submissions that exceeded ~15 percent of the similarity might be rejected since the journal conforms to the high publication ethics (as per COPE guidelines).
